How ASFINAG is mobilising its staff to support its own climate targets with Glacier

ASFINAG, Austria’s motorway and expressway operator, has organised a Climate Action Day (CAD) in collaboration with Glacier: a company-wide day of action that actively involves staff in the organisation’s internal climate protection strategy.

The format combines three elements: Knowledge (a dedicated e-learning module), inspiration (motivational content and speakers) and implementation (hands-on materials, optional activities). It is designed as a modular programme – the company shapes the programme itself, thereby providing concrete impetus for its own sustainability strategy. The programme’s logic follows a clear thread: from awareness and attitude to shared goals.
