The Climate Ranger Course gives you the background knowledge and, depending on where your company stands today, enables you to spot opportunities, clear the hurdles that come up and develop targeted measures.

Over four weeks online, in compact live and on-demand sessions, leading experts pass on the tools and skills you need to move climate action forward in your company. Exchanging ideas with participants from other sectors lets you pick up good practices and adapt them to your own organisation.

The Climate Ranger Course and its content are built on Glacier's proprietary framework for sustainability skills. Over the course, participants develop the core skills to understand both the challenges and the opportunities for companies and, on that basis, to design targeted solutions that fit their own context. As internal Climate Rangers they then carry the sustainability transformation in your company.

The first part of the course builds sustainability skills in problem awareness, opportunity awareness and solution awareness. The second part turns to collaboration, decision-making and circular thinking, so that by the end you can develop the first concrete measures for your company.
